A fundamentals breaststroke clinic aiming to improve:

• Basic breaststroke mechanics for efficient and FAST breaststroke

• World class breaststroke drills to add to the athletes tool kit

• Breaststroke turn practice with emphasis on efficient and fast turns

Clinics will be split by age (7 - 10; 11 - 13; 14+) to help each athlete gain the skills quick and efficiently.

• Clinic #1 (1.00 pm - 2.00 pm): 7 - 10 years old

• Clinic #2 (2.15 pm - 3.15 pm): 11 - 13 years old

• Clinic #3 (3.30 - 4.30 pm): 14 years+
