Skills Clinics - Saturday 12th April
1 Hour small class (Max 10) Clinic focusing on all the fundamental skills in swimming - beginning at the fundamentals, and finishing with how to execute world class skill during race pressure. The goal of this clinic is for your swimmer to have an understanding of the progression from fundamental to race implementation of dives, turns, underwaters and finishes.
